These days the children are spending a lot of time in reading and browsing from their mobile phones and tablets. The main problem here is that they hunched over and look down in their devices for hours. Every individual spent 2-4 hours on mobile device or laptop per day. We recommend you to do exercises for stretching with moving your shoulders and rolling around. Also, you need to do 3-5 minutes pause if you work on a computer more then 30 minutes. Just stand up, stretch your body and move around a little.
