  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin (40 grams)
  • 2 cups of pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 40 g honey
  • 40 g crushed almonds
  • 7 g cinnamon
  • 250 ml water

Preparation:

First you need to cook the oat and add the orange juice.

Then, in a blender add unflavored gelatin, almonds, honey, cinnamon, and pineapple chunks, and mix well until you get a homogeneous smoothie.

Also add the oatmeal in the blender and blend again. Pour the smooth mixture in a cup and add ice cubes if you want it cold.
