When people consume oranges they usually throw away the peel and eat only the inside part of the fruit. But, the orange peels are also beneficial.
Eat the zest – it is delightful ingredient which can be used in different recipes, such as pastas, fried foods, vinaigrettes, sauces, and baked goods.

Store the jar in a dark and cool place for one week. You need to shake the solution once per day. After one week, strain the mixture in the bowl and place it in a space with a good ventilation. After several days you will notice that the liquid doesn’t smells of alcohol. That means the oil is ready for use.
Relieve anxiety – orange peel provides powerful soothing effect which can easily relieve anxiety. Just place an orange peel in a saucepan, cover it with water and heat it. Then, pour the liquid in a bowl and start to inhale.
