Celery Cucumber and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 long cucumber (or approx 1/2-3/4 cup, diced)
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 thumb size piece ginger

Preparation:

  • wash nicely all the ingredients
  • cut the cucumbers in small pieces
  • peel the ginger
  • add the celery
  • add the lemon
  • blend them together
  • add 1/4 cup water (or pineapple juice for some extra flavor)
