This amazing diet is invented by pharmacist Sumiko and her husband Hitoshi. Sumiko lost 40 pounds with this diet. The diet includes a banana in the morning and drinking lukewarm water throughout the day. The unbelievable results will be visible in just a two weeks.
For breakfast you are allowed to consume one or two bananas for breakfast. If you can’t or don’t want to eat bananas, you should replace it with some other fruit of your choice.
If the fruit don’t saturate and you are still hungry, you should eat in small doses whatever you want, after fifteen minutes from the fruit.
The lunch and diet should be the same as usual.
The main secret in this diet is lukewarm water – drinking small sips throughout the whole day.
Fifteen hours later, you can eat a dessert, such as chocolate or biscuits.

For breakfast: eat a grapefruit, a banana, scrambled eggs, and drink a cup of green tea
For lunch: have two boiled eggs, onions, broccoli, carrots, a big salad made of lettuce and tomatoes
