Simply swish a tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes, and then spit the oil in a trashcan. Make sure you don’t swallow it, as the oil contains the harmful bacteria from your mouth. Don’t spit it in the sink either as it is sticky and can it can clog the pipes.
