With this gel you will provide protection against UV rays, dust, pollution and changing weather conditions. Also, it can help you with a problems like dandruff, roughness, split ends, dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, blemishes, and flaky skin.
Here is how to prepare the flaxseed gel.
- ¼ cup Flaxseeds
- Fine sieve
- 1 cup water
- Empty glass container
- Large bowl
First you need to soak the flaxseeds overnight. Next day remove them and bring the water to heat. You can add some more water if it’s needed. When the water start to boil, add back the soaked flaxseeds and stir occasionally. You will see that the seeds stop sinking the water and they become a foamy gel. It means that now you can turn off the heat. Filter the liquid and wash the vessels immediately to avoid a sticky residue. Then you can transfer the gel in the glass jar or bottle, and use it as needed. Make sure that you will keep the gel in fridge for maximum 2 weeks.
