Most of us are starting the day with a cup of coffee. The coffee make us more fresh and help us to revive. But, do you know the effects of coffee on our breasts?
A recent study found that too much caffeine can affect the hormones in their bodies, playing havoc with their bust size. If you drink three or more cups of coffee per day, you may experience decreasing of your breast, according to the British Journal of Cancer.
Anything excessive can put our health at risk. So, if we drink less then a three cups of coffee, we don’t have to worry. Two cups of coffee is enough for us to stay awake during the day.
Helena Jernstrom, from Lund University in Sweden, said that “Drinking coffee can have a major effect on breast size”.
She added: “Breast will get smaller, but they aren’t just going to disappear.”
“However, anyone who thinks they can tell which women are coffee drinkers just from their bra measurements will be disappointed.” – Helena said.
She also added: “The problem is that there are two measures for a bra, the cup size and the girth, so you wouldn’t be able to tell.”
The final conclusion of the research is: Those women who drink more than three cups of coffee have 17% smaller breasts compared to other women.
