The stress deferentially can affect our bodies, whether you feel just a short-term frustration like a traffic jam or a long event like divorce or job loss.
Stress can be defined as physical and mental reaction to both good and bad experiences. It is designed to give us a quick and burst response and energy needed to perform our best in the stressful situations. This can be considered as a positive feature, but stress isn’t always good.
When you are under stress for a long time or you are stressed very often, it can damage virtually every part of our body.
