- 300ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsps. oat flakes
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- Cover the dried plums with about 100ml boiling water.
- Cover and leave aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix the cocoa, flaxseed and flakes in a bowl.
