A perfect dietary especially for those who don’t have free time and don’t want to pay much attention to what they eat. This diet program takes only 10 days and you should consume several products for these days.
If you follow the diet for 14 days, we will guarantee up to 7 kg of weight loss. Also, you should do a regular physical activity. It is quite important to be physically active when you are on a diet.
The main ingredient in this diet is cucumber. When you feel hungry you can consume cucumber as much as you like!
This diet also includes some other products:
- 150g of tuna without the oil, 2 boiled eggs or 15 grams grilled white meat.
- 3 pieces of whole wheat bread or 2 larger boiled potatoes
- 2 larger boiled potatoes (the potatoes can be boiled, baked but not fried) or 3 pieces of whole wheat bread
- 0,5 kg of fresh fruits
- Liquids: tea, coffee (no sugar). No soda drinks and alcohol.
Prepare fresh cucumber salad or cucumber shake before or within meals.
Cucumber diet menu during the day:
- Breakfast: one plate of cucumber salad and 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Between meals: one big apple, one peach (lower than 200 gr) or 5 plums
- Lunch: Toasted whole wheat bread and a bowl of cucumber salad
- Between meals: Cucumber shake
- Dinner: Fruit by choice (300 grams)
It’s very easy to prepare a cucumber salad.
- 400 grams of cucumber
- 200 ml of sour milk or yogurt
- fresh young
- Peel the cucumber
- Cut it into small pieces
- Add salt
- Mix it well
- Add the yogurt and milk
- Mix well again
- Add the onion
Also, you can prepare a cucumber shake.
- one apple
- one cucumber
- Blend all the ingredients
- Add some fresh ginger
- Blend it again
- Put the shake in a glass and decorate it with crushed almonds and walnuts
You should immediately drink the shake, because it will lose some of the healing properties if it stays some time.
This shake is rich in minerals and vitamins as Vitamin K and A. Also, it contains fiber, iron, magnesium, calcium and Vitamin B, E and C.
