Brain worms from eating certain dangerous food
There are many types of tapeworm, three of which can infect the brain immediately, according to Helena Helmby from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She added that pork may contains a particular two form of tapeworm.
Humans can be infected with a worm called Taenia Solium, by eating undercooked pork.
Also, there is another form of infection, which is larval form of worm, which enters the nervous system, including the brain, and can result in a condition called neurocysticercosis. You can get the second type of infection through contact with the feces of an infected pig or human.
According to the experts, pork and shellfish are the hardest to digest. This is the main reason why they are not included in any diet ever.
It is unpleasant to hear that pork we consume contains worms which can invade your brain, but it’s very important to inform the public about that.
