One of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems is called “Ayurvedic medicine”. It is developed in India before thousands of years.
The theory of Ayurveda is that everything in the universe is connected through the energy. According to Ayurveda, the good health can be achieved when you, including mind, body, and spirit, are in harmony with the universe. When this harmony is disrupted, it can lead to poor health and developing of some serious diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, asthma, dermatitis and arthritis.
Turmeric and Ginger
Ayurvedic practitioners are using turmeric and ginger against rheumatoid arthritis. There are also several research studies who shows that turmeric works better than drugs, such as phenylbutazone and NSAID.
Turmeric contains curcumin, which is bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and antioxidant agent.
On the other hand, Ginger can be very effective in increasing joint mobility, relieving pain, decreasing swelling and reducing morning stiffness.
Here are some methods to relieve arthritis:
Method 1: You need a small piece of turmeric and ginger. Boil them for 15-20 minutes. Wait to cool and add honey. Drink it!
Method 2: Mix turmeric and ginger extract in form of powder, and prepare a paste. Apply the paste directly at the affected joints.
Method 3: Mix powder of turmeric, ginger and fenugreek in equal proportions. The mixture should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Two times per day you need to take one teaspoon of the mixture.
Method 4: “Golden Milk” – The ancient drink that will change your life.
The turmeric can’t be absorbed on it’s own, so it’s better to consume it with black pepper.
