 Method 1:

Prepare a big bowl and mix 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 cup of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of garlic juice and 1 cup of ginger juice.

Boil them for 30 minutes or longer, until you get a perfect mixture.

When the mixture cools down, add 3 cups of raw honey. Save the liquid in a glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator.

You should consume one teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach.

Chop 30 cloves of garlic into small pieces and 6 peeled lemons into small pieces.

Place them into a blender and add a glass of water. Blend them until you get a homogeneous mixture.

You should keep the mixture in the fridge for 72 hours and then strain it.
