- You wipe yourself excessively.
The toilet paper can irritate the skin as a result of too much wiping and pressing. If you need to wipe more than twice, it means you haven’t emptied your bowels completely. We suggest you to use soft toilet paper without additional fragrance and colors. Also, you can use water to remove the fecal residues if it’s necessary.
- You wipe yourself in the wrong direction.
Many women wipe themselves from back to front after urinating. This not beloved habit can transfer the bacteria from the rectum to the urethra. Women’s urethra is far shorter compared to man’s and that’s why bacteria can easily reach the bladder and cause various infections.
